Drums & Percussion - Graham Hart

Graham has been banding for nearly 36 years and loves it. He has played for Welwyn Garden City, St Albans and Stevenage and has been a guest for Watford and Epping Forest. He has contested about 30 times and has accompanied Rod Franks, Roger Webster, and Don Lusher

He is nearly 77 years old but who cares! He has 3 children, two boys (who have both been bandsmen) and a daughter (a teacher). His hobbies include golf, art, playing green bowls and singing in a choir. He loves travelling and has been to some exotic places in the world

He has been married to the lovely Rene for 56 years, who is his rock, and has even been to Buckingham Palace garden party in 2001.

David Barlow says "Graham can never leave the band; we need him too much and he typifies the spirit of the band, lugging full drum kit from job to job in all weathers. I shall prop him up in his chair and tie his sticks to his arms to keep him until he's 100 "
