Soprano Cornet - Chris Wagg
Once described by his Biology Master in a school report as "the Dormouse at the Mad Hatter's tea party - except when standing on stage blowing a piece of coiled up brass tubing." No change there then.
Chris joined the Enfield Band in 1989 and has seen it go through thick and thin - mostly thin and sometimes thinner.
He was Band Secretary during the 1990's - for eight long years.
Chris has a passion for growing unusual plants. He has recently acquired a greenhouse and is now looking forward to exercising his green fingers - not just his verdigris ones. Chris's son, James, is a regular dep with the band on solo cornet.
